Crochet amigurumi raccoon

Knitting pattern for toys

Legend:

sc – single crochet;

ch – air loop;

chп – lifting air loop;

sl-st – connecting column (half-column);

increase – in one loop of the previous row we knit 2 single crochets;

Decline – knit 2 loops of the previous row with one single crochet.

We knit all the details outward with purl loops, for fluffiness. We comb each knitted piece with Velcro across the rows.

(red thread)

Rows 26-27: 15 sc each (15)

Fill with filler.

In all subsequent rows, make 1 decorative stitch up to 6 sc, then close the hole.

In order for the tail to bend sideways, you need to either insert a wire frame into it and bend it, or on one side instead of sc, knit several double crochets – then the height of the row will increase and the tail will take a curved shape (for example, in 9, 13, 15 rows knit: 5 sc, 5 dc, 16 sc (26))

Torso (red thread)

1st row: 35 ch

Row 2: sc in the second loop from the hook, 33 sc (34). Turn knitting.

Rows 3-33: chп, 34 sc, turning knitting after each row.

It should be a rectangle. Prepare the wire for the frame, as in the photo.

Mark the midpoints of the smaller sides. Fold each corner of this rectangle in half and carefully sew the edges to the marked point. Insert wire frame. Fill with filler. Sew up the hole.

The body can be used both along (then the raccoon will be slender) and across (the raccoon will be fat). I like plump raccoons better.

Belly (white thread)

1st row: 4 ch

2nd row: 1 sc in the second loop from the hook, 1 sc, 3 sc in the first loop, then knit on the other side – 1 sc, 2 sc in the last loop (8)

3rd row: increase, 1 sc, 3 increases, 1 sc, 2 increases (14)

Row 4: (2 increases, 1 sc, 2 increases, 2 sc) x 2 times (22)

Row 5: (9 sc, 2 increases) x 2 times (26)

6-7 rows: sc (26)

When sewing the belly to the body, fill it with filler.
